Using a small phillips screwdriver remove
the old 370 carbon brushed motor.
Next, insert the new brushless motor and
secure. Use the two mounting holes in
which the screws are in. The other two
mounnting holes won't work.
Next, wrap the ESC and ESC wires around
one side of the landing gear. Use nylon ties
to secure. It can be messy so tie as best as
possible. Repeat this procedure when
installing the Brushless Tail Motor.

Finally connect the JST connector labelled "Connect to RX Power Input" to the Rx.
Connect the JST connector labelled "Connect to LIPO" to the LIPO Battery. After
connecting the LIPO, then turn on the Tx. Make sure the Tx throttle is at zero.
Insert the New Brushless Tail motor wires into
the stock tail boom. It will be a very tight fight
since the stock tail boom was made for two
wires only. Solder the color coded wires to
the brushless tail motor wires that are
appropriately labeled. (RED, BLACK, WHITE)
We highly recommend the Super Skids
Titanium Tail Boom (305). If you ordered the
Super Skids Titanium tail boom, we will have
inserted the ESC's wires for easy installation.
Connect ESC1 to ESC1 (M1) and Connect ESC2 to ESC2 (M2) of the dual brushless converter.
On the other side of the Dual brushless converter:
Connect M1 to the bottom of the Rx with the Black wire of the JST Plug on the top.
Connect M2 to the top of the Rx with the Red Wire of the JST Pug on the top.
Installing the Main Brushless Motor
Remove the old tail motor with the two power
wires (RED and Black wires inside the old tail
boom), tail motor housing, tail rotor gears, and
tail rotor shaft as you will not need these
items anymore.
Next, slide the tail boom into the air frame. Wrap the ESC and ESC wires around one side of
the landing gear system. Use nylon ties to secure. See picture in installing main brushless
motor above.

Test the Heli -
1. Make sure you have the TX on First and make sure you have the throttle at zero.
2. You should hear one beep, then three beeps, and then one final beep.
3. After that, throttle up slowly and get a feel for the power of the heli.
4. Disconnect the Battery and re-adjust the Rx GYRO GAIN pot and the GAIN POT using
a small flat heat screwdriver as these motors spin at a different speed than the 370
carbon brushed motors. Repeat until heli is steady. If the heli is jerking when flying,
adjust the Gyro Gain to "-". If the heli is not centered, adjust the proportional gain until
steady as possible. Depending on the Rx, center adjustment MAY NOT be completely
possible. This is a design flaw in the Rx and not the brushless motors. Getting the heli
close to center will allow for easier flying. (Always turn OFF Heli before making setting
changes and then power ON the heli, otherwise the new changes will not take effect.)

Adjusting the RX -
Using a small flat
head screwdriver.
Gryo Gain - If heli is
tail jerking - Adjust for
less GAIN (-) and the
heli stops tail jerking.
Proportional Gain -
Adjust this for more or
less power to the tail
motor.
