Why

First off, this is a great low-cost 6-C

hannel

starter

CP helicopter and is a vast improvement over the older

CP2 helicopter. However, the main problem

remains

that the Main motor is driven by carbon brushed motor which heats up after flying. What we did was improved the helicopter by Adding a high-

speed

brushless Main motor system. We didn't stop there -- we also upgraded the plastic

otor head

system with a CNC metal kit and added a carbon

fiber tail

boom which is extremely light and strong as well as a

metal tail head motor

mount

which doubles as a heatsink for the

irect drive

(DD)

tail motor.

We also

upgraded the

blades with a carbon fiber laminate blade that is slightly longer by about 10 mm. This will

ive the

helicopter

lift with the same

amount of throttle

Finally

we added an

ON/OFF

power switch which is

Helicopter:

Replace your stock carbon brush Main motor with a high-speed Brushless
Main motor. No more heat sinks and fuses to worry about. Couple this with an
upgraded 11.1Volt 1000 Mah 20c LIPO battery with a convenient ON/OFF power
switch and you have a strong and responsive 6-channel CP helicopter. Plenty
of power to finally accelerate this helicopter quickly. We also upgraded the
helicopter in the video with a metal rotor head system as well as a carbon fiber
tail boom, Metal Tail Struts, and extended Carbon Fiber laminate blades.

CNC METAL ROTOR HEAD KIT FOR THE 2.4 GHz E-SKY HB CPX 6-Channel CP
Helicopter:

One drawback remains the rotor head assembly which is made of plastic, but
that's what you get with a low cost 6-channel CP entry level helicopter. With the
CNC Metal Rotor Head kit, we have a precision rotor head which allows for
precise movement of the blades. Couple that with a metal composite
swashplate and a strong carbon fiber tail boom attached to a metal direct drive
tail holder and you have a very responsive and stylish looking Upgraded
6-Channel CP Helicopter.
