We just finished testing this small 6-channel CP helicopter from Walkera. The 2.4 GHz Walkera V120D02 is the smallest flybarless 6-channel CP
helicopter we have flown. It is the upgrade from the Walkera 4G6 flybar 6-channel CP Helicopter. In fact some parts are the same as the 4G6. A really nice
electric CP helicopter that comes with a metal rotor head system, brushless main motor, and a single cell 3.7v 600 Mah LIPO. Bottom line, if you are tight
for space, this heli is the one to get. fly indoors and outdoors. This heli can handle 5-10 MPH wind conditions. Below are some simple mods as this heli
doesn't need too much more improvement.
Super Charge this Helicopter:
While this helicopter flys okay using a stock brushless motor. We decided to upgrade to a higher RPM Brushless motor (12,000 RPM). You can view the
difference in flight performance as well as hear the higher RPM levels.
X-Treme 140MM Carbon Fiber Blades:
The X-treme Carbon Fiber Blades are very strong offering much better flight characteristics. The strong blades are also necessary for aerobatic flying plus
they look very cool. We also added the matching tail rotor blades.
Extended Battery Life with a 3.7 Volt 850Mah LIPO:
With the Extended 3.7 Volt 850Mah LIPO, you can fly about 2-3 minutes longer than with the stock 3.7 volt 600Mah LIPO.
