.

1. First we need to remove the two 370 carbon brushed motors.
2, Use a small phillips screwdriver and remove the flybar rod.
3. Then use the phiips screwdriver to remove the canopy cover screws.  There are four small screws.  Two on each
side of the canopy cover.
4. Then remove the landing gear skids with a small phillips screwdriver.
5. Then unplug the power connectors of each motor and remove each motor with a phillips screwdriver.
Each brushless motor has four motor mounting holes.  Use the two mounting holes in which the screws are already set
in.  Install the brushless Motor "A".  It is the motor that is next to the Rx.  Then install brushless Motor "B".  It is the motor
that is next to the tail section.  Make sure that the gears are meshing well by spinning the rotors.  Adjust the motor
mounting screws accordingly.  If they are still too tight, then you will need to drill the motor mount airframe holes out to
mount the screws away from the gears for easier meshing.

(WARNING: IF THE PINIONS ARE TOO TIGHT TO THE GEARS, THE MOTORS CAN HEAT UP and
THE ESC'S CAN BLOW UP !!!)
Let's connect the Dual Brushless signal Converter to the Rx.  M1 or the "A" JST connector goes into the top two pins of
the Rx.  Makes sure that the BLK wire of the JST conector is the first wire and then the red wire.  M2 or "B" Jst connector
goes into the bottom two pins.  Again, with the black wire of the JST connector being at the top.
The Dual Signal Converter is a VERY sensative circuit board.  DO NOT Velcro. Do NOT Squeeze the circuit board with your
fingers as it can get damaged.  We assemble and test all brushless kits to be in working order before shipping out.

Let's connect the Dual Brushless signal Converter to the two ESC (Electronic Speed Controllers).  The "A" brushless
motor ESC connects into ESC1 of the Dual brushless signal convertor.  The "B" brushless motor ESC connects into ESC2
of the Dual brushless signal convertor. Be careful to note which side of the servo type plug connects to each side of the
dual brushless converter. (See Below - This should already be connected for your kit)
Your ESKY BIG Lama should look like this at this point. (See Below)

1.   Attach the Super Skids 400 landing gear system or the stock landing gear system back.
2.  Wrap all your wires around the Super Skids 400 landing gear system or the stock landing gear by using the included nylon ties to
secure.
3.  Use the JST Connector labelled "Connect to RX Power Input" and connect to the RX power plug on the 3-in-1 RX.
4.  Attach the canopy back,
5.  Attach all the blades back.
6.  Attach the flybar rod.
7.  Use the JST Connector labelled "Connect to LIPO Battery" and then connect the 11.1v LIPO to test the unit.
8.  Make sure you have the TX on First and make sure you have the throttle at zero.
9.  You should hear one beep, then three beeps, and then one final beep.
10. After that, throttle up slowly and get a feel for the power of the heli.
11.  Disconnect the Battery and re-adjust the Rx GYRO GAIN pot and the GAIN POT using a small flat heat screwdriver as these motors
spin at a different speed than the 370 carbon brushed motors.  Repeat until heli is steady.  If the heli is jerking when flying, adjust the
Gyro Gain to "-".  If the heli is not centered, adjust the proportional gain until steady as possible.  Depending on the Rx, center
adjustment MAY NOT be completely possible.  This is a design flaw in the Rx and not the brushless motors.  Getting the heli close to
center will allow for easier flying.
(Always turn OFF Heli before making setting changes and then power ON the heli,
otherwise the new changes will not take effect.)
