with main motor brushless upgrade, 11.1 Volt LIPO upgrade, Super Skids 200/adapter 22, and ON/OFF Power Switch.
Now, its time to install the electronics.  You will be replacing the
Stock RX-2806 with the NEW FLYBARLESS RX-2618V.  The
FLYBARLESS RX 2618V MUST ALWAYS LAY FLAT TO THE GROUND in
order for the Internal 3G (3-Axis Gyro) to work properly.

Remove all wires connecting into the OLD RX -2806 and place with
the FLYBAR ROTOR HEAD.  You will not need this unless you decide
to go back to a FLYBAR System.

Additionally, remove the stock WK-G012 Gyro in the back of the
helicopter.  Disconnect the Old Gyro from the Tail Servo and the RX.
Place this with the old parts as the new 3G Gyro is BUILT into the
new RX.  

NOTE: With the RX facing you (Pictured), all signal
wires are connected as WHITE, RED, BLACK.


Insert the new RX-2618V onto the front of the helicopter laying it flat.
Reconnect the AILE, PITCH, and ELEV Servos into the new RX.  The
new RX is labelled as such.  Connect the ESC Signal Wire of the
brushless motor into the THRO.  The "5V" Port Channel on the RX
Remains unused.











Because the stock tail servo signal wire is short, you will need an
extension to reach the new RX-2618V.  Use the included servo
extension wire connector and connect from the tail servo into the
RUDD of the RX-2618V.  Make sure to match the BLACK, RED, WHITE
when connecting.  Tie down the servo wire to the
metal airframe or
stock airframe.










You are done with the electronics.  Turn on helicopter and bind to
the WK-2602/03 or WK-2801 PRO TX.  Get into progrmamming mode
and change the settings to:

ELEV = REV
AILE = REV
THRO = NORM
RUDD = NORM
GEAR = NORM
PITCH = REV
AUX = ON
BUZZ = ON

Check that the servos are moving properly relative the stick
positions.  If not, check your servo connections to the RX are
correct.

With the hellicopter binded, get into programming mode and set
your PIT and PZT to the 12 o'clock position, re-adjust the TWO
linkgages that connect from the new Flybarless Rotor Head to the
swashplate so that the blades are flat (zero degrees to the ground).
Set and lock program positions.  Once everything is working
properly, you can trim the pitch of the blades to your preferences
and you should be ready to fly.
First, remove the TOP FOUR Linkgages that connect to the
swashplate from the old FLYBAR Rotor Head.  Next untighten the
set screw of the collar shaft holder that holds the main shaft.   Next,
remove the small JESUS PIN at the bottom of the main shaft.  This
PIN Connects the Main Gear to the Main Shaft.  

Be careful not to bend this PIN, as
you will need to use it again when
inserting the new MAIN SHAFT.








The Main rotor shaft should look like this after removing above
items.  Carefully place in a box as you will not need this again
unless you decide to go back to a FLYBAR Rotor head.














Now we can install the new FLYBARLESS CNC Metal Rotor Head.  
The new shaft is longer as it is required for the flybarless system to
work properly.  The orginal shaft is too short and will obstruct the
rotor.  Insert the FLYBARLESS Rotor head into the airframe until the
shaft lines up with the bottom gear.  Rotate the shaft until the
bottom pin hole aligns with the main gear.  Insert the PIN in the
main shaft at the bottom using needle noise pliers.  Next, tighten
the set screw for the collar shaft holder with a 1.5mm hex screw
driver.








Use the two linkgages and connect the top of the rotor blades
holders to the inner swashplate ball linkgages.














You have now completed the FLYBARLESS ROTOR Head Assembly
into the Walkera 1#A.  It should look like this at this point.
